I finally got all the puzzles from the trade organized. I opened them up to make sure they were in bags. It was 50/50, but I have tons of gallon bags to put the puzzle pieces into. This makes traveling with them so much easier. I think we received about 50+, and I'm keeping all the Halloween ones, though some of them look super hard.
I had to wear EEG electrodes on my head for three days to see if there was anything wrong with my brain patterns. Something is causing me to faint, and it's not pretty. I feel sick for hours, a little confused, etc... People keep saying I'm having seizures, but the doctors keep saying nothing is wrong. I have a mystery illness, I guess.
Last time I fainted (March) I scraped my toes pretty badly. It looked a little like a crime scene with all that beautiful blood everywhere! It took weeks for that to heal, but it's not the worst I've done. I have hit my head pretty hard a few times, but not this time. Any suggestions on what else I could explore?
Honestly, I could NOT wait to wash my head. The last three days made me feel icky. I stood under the stream and scrubbed and scrubbed. My hair still doesn't feel normal. It feels like plastic or something. I will just wash my hair over and over until it feels normal again.
Oh! I went to a church sale and bought myself three shirts that I definitely didn't need. One had Betty Boop on it in a cowboy hat, another was a Grinch sweatshirt, and another (the third) was a Stitch shirt. The Stitch shirt reminded me of my niece, so I just had to grab it, but it's large. I still need to wash it before I try it on to see if it fits. I always wash the clothes that I get secondhand. I didn't realize there were so many skin diseases that are easily transmissible.
I also got a beaded tumbler that has little strawberries all over it and a game that had never been opened. I already washed the tumbler, so I'm ready to use it for the summer. I don't know everything I'll be up to. Everyone keeps wishing me a happy weekend, and I have no plans. I want to shop and see if there is anything to add to my goodie bags for Galentine's Day. Ann said I probably already have enough, but I want to make each bag about $10.00 worth of goodies, though I'm only asking everyone to spend about $5.00 per person on the trade.
I used to throw epic parties. This will be fun to do again.
Writing Update:
S.H. I've decided this will need to be renamed. I'm at chapter 3 and trying to cut the 5,000+ word document to under 4,000 words (give or take). It's not working. I have so many details to add and I have subtracted long ass paragraphs that were info dumping. I didn't realize I wrote like this back in my early 20's. I had so much to learn back then, but I grew into my own. I love what I've created. I just need to not shy away from truly horrifying and gruesome story notes! I want horror with a bit of romance, I should really dive into it.
