Well, I'm not to excited. I'm actually pretty nervous about what fate will bring for us. California is not one of those favorite states right now. People are saying terrible things about the fires being our punishment. I don't think anyone deserves what is happening.
We went to Arizona for a handful of days and that was a nice drive, though we had to drive past the area that is having the fires. The sky looked normal so I have no idea how close the fires are to the freeway. I keep looking at the maps and evacuation areas, but I am not completely familiar with the layout.
We visited three communes. I had coffee at one and we laughed about my inability to cook. We went to another and enjoyed nice cream for a few days (because that's the one we were actually sleeping at) and we puzzled. We visited another place and took a few photos with people.
We visited two house holds that were not communes. I guess it's a tradition to go to Pita Jungle for lunch when we visit. That's what my little nephews believe. They aren't so little anymore. They are both taller than me. Believe me, I'm crying. I still want to do crafts with my kiddos but Emory thinks that they are way too old for auntie crafts.
One of the communes is asking for Emory and me to move back. I told them that would be a lot more adults in their space and to my surprise they were like "Yeah... so?" I guess it wouldn't matter having two more people.
I just wonder what we would do with all our puzzles! Our puzzle room is so full right now.
My moon sis is in Romeo and Juliet. She says it's more like dystopia than the era piece it usually is portrayed. I wish I could be out there to see it. She's so beautiful! Her heart is so peaceful. She just has this inner glow.
Emory wants a drum set and more tattoos. I am 100% for both. However, I had a dream that he got a really stupid generic tattoo down his forearm. He's got such handsome forearms... anyways, I woke up mad. Not that I would tell him what to get, but I just want him to think about it, really put some love behind what he gets and not just go into a shop and say, "that one" and bam!
I think I might have been a little mad because so far, all the tattoos he's picked out have been really thoughtful. He put some real effort into what he wants so just a "wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am" just sort of was like shocking. But it was just a dream.
He said he knew what he wanted and then I showed him some more and now he's a little unsure. I found some really cool space tattoos because he loves the planets and space. Anything he does will be awesome. He's also getting a skeleton gun on his side because I really loved the tattoo when I saw it. It's this guy skeleton holding a female skeleton shaped like a gun. So romantic.
I have no idea what I showed him that he's thinking about. He wants to put death on his back and he wants a bones with a spider crawling over it on his foot. He wants a woman witch with a wolf on his leg. That one will represent his mom and me.
Actually, I think I picked out most of his tattoos, but not because I told him to get them. I just saw them, said, "Wow, this is pretty neat" and showed him. He agreed they were pretty cool.
He's such a handsome guy. I like when he's happy.
I personally don't think I have the patience or the pain tolerance to get tattoos.
Writing Update:
F.C. : I'm currently writing chapter 5, but it's a little slow.
Untitled : Why am I even working on them D/s story? I have no idea. It's just a distraction, darnit!
C: I think I'm ready to edit chapter 8. I'm a little worried it's stupid, but I have a lot of people following it so maybe it's not too bad.
