Physical Therapist, Essential Oils and Writing

Went to see a physical therapist and he's amazing. He taped my right shoulder for me but not before putting me through some tough muscle stretches. It hurt. Won't lie. Didn't feel faint so the pain was a little tolerable but I kept holding my breath and tightening my fists. He kept telling me to relax my hands. This is what I wait all year for... and new horror movies. Farmer Bill made hot sauce. To quote him; "made to make you cry." He cooked four habaneros with mango. It was really good when I'd been drinking wine. I think the wine helped numb my taste buds, but the next day they were hot little things. He gave us the recipe so I think we're going
